Dreaming into Reality
The story of our jungle home.
Growing up, our family was deeply connected to both Barbados and Cornwall in the UK.
Each year, we would travel back and forth, cherishing our time on the island. Our childhoods were filled with memories of exploring the lush jungle, picking fresh fruit, and immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture. In 2005, our parents decided to build a home on our Barbadian jungle land, dreaming of a permanent haven in this paradise. Although financial constraints left the house unfinished, our father’s craftsmanship and choice of greenheart wood ensured that the frame remained solid.​
