Booking Policy

By booking your stay with us, you agree to the following terms:
House Rules: Guests must adhere to the house rules outlined in the welcome booklet provided upon arrival.
Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated deck spaces; it is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Stray Animals: Guests are not permitted to allow stray animals inside the property.

Cancellation Policy: By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.
​
Pets: If you plan to bring a pet, you must inform us in advance.
Damages: You agree to report any damages incurred during your stay to the owner (Little Diamond) and
accept responsibility for covering the costs of any missing or damaged items.
​
Security: Guests are required to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property to ensure security.
​
Note: Failure to comply with these rules may result in extra charges if any damages are incurred.​

Cancellation Policy
​
Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are non-refundable under most circumstances.
​
Date Changes: You can change your dates up to two times, but changes must be made at least 30 days before your arrival.
​
Airline Cancellations: If your airline cancels your flight, you’re eligible for a full refund if notified at least 30 days before check-in.
​
Airline Date Changes: For changes made by your airline, a full refund is available if notified 30 days before check-in. If notified after that, a 50% refund will be provided.
​
Health Issues: We do not accept medical notes for cancellations due to health issues.
​
Flexible Option: For a more flexible policy, consider booking through Airbnb, which offers free cancellation and unlimited date changes up to 30 days before arrival.

Guarantee & Returns Policy​

Clothing and Other Physical Products: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase,
provided they are in their original condition.
​
We offer a 6-month guarantee on all our clothing products. If any defects occur within this period,
we'll be happy to provide a replacement or a refund.
Defective items: If your product is defective, we will cover the return postage costs. Please contact us with details, and we'll arrange the return for you.

E-books:
Please note that E-books are non-refundable once purchased.
If you need assistance or have any questions regarding a return, feel free to contact our

​We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
For the UK, standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
In Europe, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for most countries.
Economy shipping may take up to 2 weeks in Western Europe and 5 weeks in Eastern Europe.
For worldwide orders, standard shipping to major destinations such as North America takes 6-7 business days. Economy services can take up to 6 weeks for North America, 8 weeks for South America, Africa, and Asia, and 12 weeks for Australia.
For faster shipping, we offer express options that deliver within 2-3 business days worldwide.
Please note that customs processing and peak seasons (such as holidays) may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free shipping returns for defective items. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 30 days, and we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, please refer to our full returns policy.
