By booking your stay with us, you agree to the following terms:

 

House Rules: Guests must adhere to the house rules outlined in the welcome booklet provided upon arrival.

 

Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated deck spaces; it is strictly prohibited inside the home.

 

Stray Animals: Guests are not permitted to allow stray animals inside the property.

Cancellation Policy: By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.

​

Pets: If you plan to bring a pet, you must inform us in advance.

Damages: You agree to report any damages incurred during your stay to the owner (Little Diamond) and

accept responsibility for covering the costs of any missing or damaged items.

​

Security: Guests are required to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property to ensure security. 

​

Note: Failure to comply with these rules may result in extra charges if any damages are incurred.​

Cancellation Policy

​

Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are non-refundable under most circumstances.

​

Date Changes: You can change your dates up to two times, but changes must be made at least 30 days before your arrival.

​

Airline Cancellations: If your airline cancels your flight, you’re eligible for a full refund if notified at least 30 days before check-in.

​

Airline Date Changes: For changes made by your airline, a full refund is available if notified 30 days before check-in. If notified after that, a 50% refund will be provided.

​

Health Issues: We do not accept medical notes for cancellations due to health issues.

​

Flexible Option: For a more flexible policy, consider booking through Airbnb, which offers free cancellation and unlimited date changes up to 30 days before arrival.

Pet Policy

​

We love welcoming well-behaved dogs to Little Diamond. Our Jungle Home is surrounded by wildlife, handcrafted natural materials, and peaceful outdoor spaces, so we kindly ask all guests travelling with dogs to follow the policy below to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Dog Fee

​

There is a $100 USD fee per dog, per stay. (2 dogs maximum)

This helps cover additional cleaning, maintenance, and preparation to keep the home in pristine condition.

Complimentary Dog Welcome Pack

 

Every dog staying with us receives a free welcome pack on arrival, which includes:

​

Natural dog treats, biodegradable poop bags, dog towel, a small welcome note for your four-legged explorer.

 

This is our little way of making your dog feel at home from the moment they arrive.

​​

​

 

​Optional ‘Scuff Pack’ – Dog Damage Waiver

 

To give dog owners peace of mind during their stay, we offer an optional Scuff Pack for an additional $75 USD per stay.

 

 

The Scuff Pack covers:

​

Minor surface scratches from paws

Light scuffs on wooden areas

Small chew marks

Minor accidents requiring simple cleaning

 General low-level wear caused by excited tails and paws.

​

 

Not covered: Major or structural damage, deep scratches,

replacement of furniture, or anything beyond minor wear.

 

The Scuff Pack is recommended for energetic dogs or puppies, and simply adds a

layer of reassurance so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

General Requirements 

 

Friendly and well-behaved dogs only. Your dog should be comfortable in new environments and calm around wildlife. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the home at any time.

​

 

Health & Safety

 

For the wellbeing of our jungle environment, local wildlife, and future guests, all dogs must be:

Up to date with flea, tick, and worm treatments before arrival

Fully vaccinated as recommended by your vet

In good health and free from any contagious conditions

​

 

Grooming & Paw Care

 

To protect our natural wood features and furnishings:

All dogs must have neatly trimmed nails/paw claws before arrival Please supervise dogs that may scratch when exited.

​

 

Around the Property

​

Dogs are free to roam and enjoy the garden, which is mostly enclosed and designed to give them plenty of space to explore. However, as adventurous dogs may still find gaps or creative escape routes, we strongly recommend supervising them at all times while outside.

​

 

Inside the Home

​

Dogs are welcome indoors, but we ask that you:

Keep them off beds and furniture unless using your own protective covers Bring your own dog bedding or blankets

 Wipe muddy paws after jungle walks.

​

 

Responsibility & Damages

​

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog, unless covered by the optional Scuff Pack

Any extra cleaning required or damage may incur extra fees.

​

 

 

We trust our guests to treat Little Diamond with the same care and respect we do. Most dogs settle beautifully into the calm rhythm of the jungle, and we look forward to welcoming your adventurous pup to our island home.
