Question: Which payment methods are accepted for booking?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We also accept alternative payment methods, such as: Paypal, Bank Transfer & Bitcoin. For cash payments (see the deposit question below) For Bitcoin please contact us for the wallet address.

Question: Do you accept deposits for bookings?

You can pay a deposit of 50% of the total price of your booking, you will then have until one week before your arrival date to make the final payment to complete your booking.

After a deposit has been made you can also choose to make final payment on arrival when using cash, please contact us to arrange cash as a payment method.

Question: Can I book for more than 6 guests?

Our Jungle home, with 3 double beds, only has room for 6 guests comfortably.

Question: I can't find the dates I want to book? 

If you can't see the dates you would like to book, it's likely they are unavailable. If you believe there's a bug on booking system, please contact us here and we can assist you with booking.

Will I need ID for booking? 

No, we do not currently require ID for bookings, however a valid credit/debit card, plus the lead guests full details are required for booking, these details must match the name on the card used otherwise we may reach out to you to request an ID. See our privacy section to learn about how we look after your personal information.

​​Question: Once booked, when will I receive my check-in information? 

Once booked, you will receive all check-in information, including directions with 24 hours via email. if you have not received an email, simply contact us here.

Question: What is the minimum age to make a booking?

The minimum age of the lead guest must 18 or above.

​

Question: Do you offer discounts on weekly/monthly stays?

Yes we offer a 10% discount on weekly stays plus 15% discount on monthly stays.​

​

Question: How do I book the jungle hike?

This can be booked either before or during your stay using any payment method. Just contact us to book.

​

Once booked, can I change or cancel my booking?

Our booking policy is non-refundable, however you can make a maximum of 2 dates changed up to 30 days before your arrival date. See our policy page for more information.

Q: What is the hike like?


A: The hike takes you from Little Diamond through lush, off-the-beaten-path jungle trails up to Hackletons Cliff. You will encounter varied terrain, including uneven paths, rocky sections, and dense jungle vegetation. Along the way, you may see lizards, monkeys, a variety of plant species, and ancient native trees. The views from the cliff are breathtaking, making every step worth it.

Q: How long is the hike?


A: The duration depends on your fitness level. On average, the hike to the top and back through the jungle takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. Lunch usually take around 40 minutes to one hour.

Q: What kind of food is served?


A: Lunch features traditional Bajan cuisine, often including roasted breadfruit with seasonal toppings and other local ingredients.

Q: What should I bring?


A: To enjoy the hike safely and comfortably, you should bring hiking shoes or sturdy footwear for the uneven terrain, water to stay hydrated, mosquito repellent or long trousers to protect against insects, a camera to capture the incredible views and wildlife, and a small bag with snacks if you like.

Q: Who can participate?


A: The hike is suitable for participants aged 13 and older. Fitness levels vary, but participants should be able to walk on uneven terrain for 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Guides can adjust the pace to suit the group, but the hike involves moderate physical activity.

​

Q: What will I see on the hike?


A: The jungle is full of life. You may see monkeys and lizards, ancient native trees, and a variety of plants, as well as scenic cliff viewpoints overlooking the landscape.

​

Q: Any other tips?


A: Wear comfortable clothes, bring sunscreen, and be ready for a little adventure. Don’t forget your camera, as the views and wildlife are unforgettable.

​Question: Can I use the buses to get to the beaches?

Yes, there is a bus stop one minute from the bottom of the property. You can take the buses to the bottom of Bathsheba, Speightstown on the West, or Bridgetown on the South Coast.

Question: Do you offer car hire?

No, however guests will receive an email/message with recommendations for two car hire companies on the island.

​

Question: Do you organise airport transfers?

Yes, if you were unable to do it during the final booking page, simply contact us.

​

​​Question: Is the home safe for children?

Yes, however, toddlers must be supervised on the upper deck.

​

Question: How far away from the airport is the home?

Approximately 40 minutes. 

 

Question: Does the home have mosquito nets on all windows and doors?

All the windows in the home have nets, the doors do not.

​Question Does your home have mosquito nets?

Yes, we have mosquito however these are for optional use on request.

 

Question: Does your home have air conditioning?

No, we do not have air conditioning. However each room has fans, plus due its location the home receives a lot of fresh ocean breeze and cooler air than many other parts of the island.

Question: Do you have mosquito coils?

Yes.

 

Question: Is there a first aid kit?

Yes.

 

Question: Do you have extra towels if required?

Yes, simply contact us for extra towels during your stay.

 

Question: Does the home have parking?

Yes, the home has a driveway and parking for 4+ cars.

 

Question: Does the home have high-speed WiFi for remote work?

Yes.

 

Question: Does the home have self check-in?

Yes, a lockbox code will be provided to guests a minimum of 7 days before arrival.

 

Question: Does the home have security cameras?

Yes, on the outside only.

 

​​Question: How far is the beach?

The beach is only a 5-minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk from our home.​​

 

​Question: Does your home allow cats or dogs?

Yes, there is an extra charge of $100 USD, and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per stay, guess must contact us before arrival if wishing to bring a pet.

 

​Question: Will there be someone available to help with an issue that may occur during our stay?

Yes, our manager lovely 5* manager 'Kendrick' lives 5 minutes down the road and will be available to contact for the entire duration of your stay.

 

Question Do you rent surfboards?

Unfortunately, we do not currently rent surfboards. The closest surfboard rental is currently on the south coast.

 

Question: Do you organise surf tours?

We do not currently organise surf tours, however we may be able to recommend a tour for you, simply reach out to us!

Question: Does the home have a cot?

No, guests are recommended to bring their own travel cot.

 

Does the home have hair shampoo, conditioner, and body wash?

Yes.

 

​​Question: Can I pick the fruit in the garden?

Yes, you can pick the fruit as long as it’s ripe. Just askif you’re not sure!

​

Question: Is the any local rum bars?

Yes there is more than 5 within a few minutes drive.

​
